Premier Performance is a private football coaching company committed to delivering the highest standards of player development through professional, individualised coaching.

Founded in 2024, our mission has always been simple: to create an environment where every player is given the opportunity to develop their ability, build confidence and enjoy the game, regardless of their age, experience or starting point. From six-year-olds discovering football for the first time to academy players striving to reach the next level, every session is designed around the individual and delivered with the same attention to detail, professionalism and care.

Our coaching philosophy has been shaped by years of practical experience across grassroots football, schools and player development programmes, supported by academic backgrounds in Football Coaching and Sports Business Management. International coaching experience within college, high school and elementary school football programmes in the United States has also helped influence the standards, structure and player-centred approach that define Premier Performance today.

In just over two years, we have worked with more than 1,200 players, delivered over 4,400 hours of coaching, and built a team of UEFA qualified coaches who share the same values and commitment to excellence. Our players have progressed into academy environments including Southampton FC, Bristol City FC, Bristol Rovers FC, Swindon Town FC and Chippenham Town Academy, as well as a number of Junior Premier League (JPL) programmes. While we are proud of those achievements, we believe success is measured just as much by the confidence, enjoyment and personal growth every player takes away from our sessions.
