Jamo - Head of Coaching

Jamo has been an integral part of Premier Performance since the company's early stages and now leads our coaching programme as Head of Coaching. Working closely with the coaching team, he is responsible for developing our coaching curriculum, maintaining delivery standards and ensuring every player receives a consistent, high-quality experience across the business.

A graduate in Football Studies from Southampton Solent University, Jamo combines academic knowledge with extensive practical coaching experience. Alongside his role at Premier Performance, he manages FC Devizes United Men's teams and coaches within the Chippenham Town Academy JPL programme, supporting players across both grassroots and academy pathways.

Having coached players of all ages and abilities, Jamo has developed a reputation for delivering structured, engaging sessions that challenge players while creating an environment where they can learn with confidence. His attention to detail, understanding of player development and ability to build strong relationships have played a key role in shaping the coaching philosophy that defines Premier Performance today.

As Head of Coaching, Jamo continues to lead the development of our coaching programme, supporting both players and coaches while ensuring the standards that Premier Performance was built upon continue to evolve.
