Our 1-2-1 sessions run Monday to Thursday and are tailored to each player’s needs. With 3–4 times more touches than a typical grassroots session, players receive focused technical work, real-time feedback, and the confidence to express themselves in a supportive environment.
Our small group sessions (max 10 players) are designed to develop technical skills, confidence, and game understanding. Led by two experienced coaches, each Thursday session provides high-quality training in a fun, inclusive setting where players are encouraged to learn through play and enjoy the game.
At the heart of everything we do is one simple goal:
To help young players fall in love with football — and stay in love with it.
We’re not here to just create the next superstar. We’re here to create a space where players can express themselves, grow in confidence, and enjoy the journey of learning. A space where they feel heard, respected, and proud of who they are — both as footballers and as people.
Having witnessed and experienced first-hand how the game can be damaged by poor sideline behaviour, pressure from adults, and environments that ignore a young person’s emotional and mental well-being, we’re committed to doing things differently.
We work primarily with players aged 7–11 and 12–15, crucial stages in their development — not just physically, but mentally and socially. We believe that mistakes are part of learning, and encourage players to try new things, miss the target, misplace a pass, and keep going. That’s how they build resilience. That’s how they grow.
Our definition of success isn’t winning matches or getting scouted.
It’s seeing a player walk away from a session smiling, feeling valued, and excited to come back.
It’s hearing them say, "I love football."
We want every player we work with to:
This is more than football coaching.
It’s people development, through football.
And it starts with creating the right environment — one child at a time.
